Im getting only 28 fps max on black ops 2 and 33 fps on the menu i think my pc should be able to run this well since i can get 100-120 on black ops 3 and infinite warfare. i tried reinstalling and verifying game cache but it did nothing when i use the steam overlay while playing the fps goes to 200 and when i go back again it drops...... Black ops 1 is extremely cpu intensive period. it's not your vid card it's your cpu. for example; my last rig i ran a core 2 quad at 2.8 with a 9800gt vid card. i would get 60-90 fps most of the time. when i bought my new vid card gtx 560 superclocked it ran like total♥♥♥♥♥♥with my cpu and created a bottleneck..
I'm having problems with fps in black ops 2.i can play bf3 on medium settings with a nice fps and i have the latest amd 14.4 beta drivers and i tried the 13.12 drivers to but it made no change.my.
